Whitty Engineering in Mount Gambier is seeking an Administration Clerk to provide efficient and effective Administration support.

Main duties will include:

  • Payroll
  • Maintain wage and salary records
  • Timesheet entry
  • Provide and prepare financial reports to management including maintaining spreadsheets
  • General office duties

Requirements for the role include:

  • Must have advanced experience of accounting program MYOB Premier or MYOB EXO with Payroll/Accounts Payable and Receivable experience
  • Demonstrated advanced skills in data entry and able to follow and create procedures
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills including comprehension
  • Demonstrated ability of accuracy and attention to detail and being able to adapt to new developments and ongoing changes
  • Possess a professional manner
  • Ability to work within a team environment as well as autonomously
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise to meet demands and deadlines

Requirements for the role include:

  • Hours and days to be negotiated with suitable candidate. Min 25-38 hours per week.
  • Must hold a current drivers licence
