Jobsearch - Position Vacant - Administration Clerk

A Business in Penola requires a Administration Clerk. The position is fulltime.

Duties will include performing:

  • Collating all correspondence including handling job sheets and preparation and distribution of reports
  • Processing of staff payroll, maintaining personnel file , accounts payable & receivable, invoicing & pricing , bank reconciliations including completing BAS and PAYG , word processing and data entry, and other general administrative tasks.


  • Suitable applicant with previous payroll and accounting experience is essential using the MYOB software package
  • Proficient Microsoft office word and excel, email & internet experience.
  • Applicant must have good communication skills and able to work unsupervised and self motivated.
  • Must demonstrate own initiative, be well presented and trustworthy.
